Spay Neuter Contract

Sorry, no breeding rights. </B></FONT></div> <bR> <div> <B>Purchaser agrees to Spay/Neuter their new puppy when the puppy reaches the age of 6 months.</B></div> <div> <B>Purchaser agrees to supply Empress Shih-Tzu (Danielle Samuelson) with a Veterinarian's letter (certificate) as proof of spay/neuter. </B></div> <div> If Purchaser fails to Spay/Neuter this puppy and fails to provide proof to Empress Shih-Tzu by the time the puppy is 7 months of age, rights and ownership of the puppy will automatically be terminated and puppy will go back to Empress Shih-Tzu (Danielle Samuelson) who may immediately assume possession of the puppy with no refund to the purchaser.
