Puppies are priced individually. Our imperial shih-tzu puppies are bred for health, beauty, and loving dispositions!  They have champion bloodlines, excellent health, and some are show quality. We produce high quality, purebred Shih-Tzu. We do not have bargain shih-tzu puppies or cheap puppies. We have top quality companion shih-tzu puppies!<FONT SIZE="4" COLOR="#C0C0C0" FACE="Freehand591 BT" > </FONT></div> <bR> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div> AKC Registration</div> <div> <IMG SRC="048c8160.gif" border=0 width="200" height="22" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <div> Our breeding shih tzu are all AKC registered.  Although there are many other registries available, we feel that the AKC fits our standards the best.  Chinese Imperial Shih-Tzu Puppies that are sold with limited AKC registration are expected to be spayed or neutered by the time they are 6 months of age.  Limited AKC registration applications will be released after the proof of spay or neuter from a licensed Veterinarian has been received.  Our tiny shih tzu puppies are placed in loving pet homes only!  </div> <DIV ALIGN="LEFT"></DIV> <div>   </div> <div>    </div> <div> Deposits and Down Payments<FONT SIZE="3" COLOR="#FF3380" FACE="Arial" > </FONT></div> <div> <IMG SRC="048c8160.gif" border=0 width="200" height="22" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <div> We are now accepting $500 deposits to reserve a position on our waiting list. This deposit will be applied toward the purchase price of the puppy that you choose. Those on the waiting list will be allowed to choose their puppy in the order that the deposits are received. Puppies will ONLY become available for adoption after our waiting list has been contacted! Deposits are transferable to any litter for one year and are not refundable.  <FONT SIZE="5" COLOR="#C0C0C0" FACE="Freehand591 BT" >*Breeder reserves the right to first pick from any litter for personal breeding program.*</FONT></div> <div>       </div> <bR> <div> The down-payment for a chosen puppy is one-half of the purchase price. This must be received within 5 business days after a specific puppy is placed on hold. If the payment is not received in this amount of time, and other arrangements have not been made, the puppy will be placed up for adoption again.<B> </B>Down payments are not refundable, however they are transferable to another puppy for ONE year.  The final balance due on the puppy plus all shipping costs, is due at the time the puppy is 7 weeks old. When adopting an adult, all fees which include spay or neuter must be paid upfront. Understand that we will NOT ship a puppy unless we feel that the conditions are safe, and that the puppy is ready to make the trip. We do this to ensure that your puppy will arrive safe and healthy. </div> <div> As a general rule, puppies are ready to ship when they are 10 weeks old. However, we reserve the right to determine when the puppies are ready to be shipped. <B>We will not ship puppies until their weight reaches two pounds.</B> We do our very best to get your puppy to you as soon as possible, but there are sometimes delays.
