Good Morning, Danielle,

Our puppy, Chip, was very quiet all the way home last night.

When we got home, the first thing we did was take him to the grass where he was a very good boy.

After that, the fun began. He loves toys as much as any puppy I have ever met. He is very smart, too. He was retrieving toys for us and already understanding that he should return them to us. He is so joyful!

We had the puppy cage ready for him and had it sitting in the dining room which is one step up from the kitchen. He automatically knew it was his. He managed the step all by himself and got in the cage as if he knew it was his special place and didn't cry a bit at bed time. I think you may have sold the smartest puppy ever!

We are already having so much fun with him and are anxious for our friends to meet our little guy. They won't believe I finally found the perfect puppy for us after years of listening to me describe my search for the Shih Tzu that was "just right" for us.

Oh, yes, there have been no "accidents" in the house so far. He really is exceptional, and of course you already know how very cute he is.

He doesn't seem to relate to the name "Chip" very much, so if we change that, it should be an easy transition for him.

It was fun to see all the happy puppies in your car. I've never seen such small ones. You must get very attached to each one of them.

I just wanted you to know that Chip is happy and did really well on his first night away from his puppy friends. He is wonderful!

He has a late afternoon appointment with the vet on Monday. Tom will send you the paper you need on line.

I hope your trip home went quickly without any trouble. It's so nice that your sister was with you for a little "girl time."

Hey Danielle,

I just wanted to tell you and Kim thank you so much for these two beautiful girls! Angel our choc and white girl is exactly that...an Angel! She is an explorer always looking for something to do, she loves to play! Brown Suga, as you can see we decided to keep that name as it fits her perfectly! She is a little cuddle bug! She loves her toys and she is one of the cutest puppies I have ever seen! We can not thank you enough for both of these fantastic girls! We also wanted to thank you for going the extra mile when it came time to ship the girls to us. It made things so much easier for us to be able to get them home! We truly love them dearly!

Danielle,

Just wanted to share a Geno (Gucci) update with you.

We received Geno in August 2009 and it has been a nonstop joy. It is hard to believe it has been almost a year. All his vet checks have been great, the vet assistant tries to steal him every time we come in.

You wrote in his bio that he liked to sleep on his back, well guess what he still does but now expects his belly rubbed prior to dozing off. He is such a smart dog, he was house and kennel trained by October. Maybe it's the beef stick treats he gets when he knows he has done well.

Geno has also become quite the car companion. When we ask him if he wants to go bye- bye and he beats us to the door, he sits there waiting for you and will bark if you are not getting to the door fast enough. He loves to ride and hang out the window looking at all the people.

Hoover (Sammy) is also doing well and living with our son. He loves to cuddle and just be with people. Both boys seem to remember being kennel babies together as they fall right back into being “boys” each time they are together, sometimes even sharing the same bed.

Hi Danielle,

It's only been a week, but wanted to let you know how thrilled we are with our little Molly. She never had a time where she was afraid and timid at her new home. And now 2 days ago she started having what we call the "zoomies". She runs back and forth from room to room as fast as she can. The more you laugh, the faster she runs. She has already brought us so much joy in the short time she has been with us. She's everything you said she was. We had her to the vet and she did real well. Thank you so much for breeding such a very special little puppy.

I wanted to let you know how much I love the little girl I got from you. She's an absolute joy and brings much happiness to our family. Even my son, that loves big dogs, thinks she's the best! I can't say enough about Raina..she's the smartest, little shih tzu I've ever owned. She was completely house broke at four months old and picks up on any training very quickly. Her vet checks have all been remarkable..a very heaIthy puppy. :) Raina is now six months old..am sending you an updated picture, so you can see how beautiful she's turned out. Her excellent conformation speaks for it-self. What can I say except I think she's perfect! Thank you for letting me have this most precious little dog.

Hi Danielle,

My girls and I thought you would like to see how beautiful Skittles is becoming. She has the best, silkiest hair of all four of my shih tzus.. She is super smart, funny, eager to please, and very loving. Thank you so much for putting in the effort and work to produce the best shih tzu pups out there! I also appreciate all the time you spend answering my many questions and helping me to understand more about the breed. You are an AAA+++ breeder and a very caring person. It sure shows in my most perfect baby, Skittles.

I bet you thought I fell off the face of the earth!?!?! Sorry I haven't kept in touch better. I've just been spending as much "fun time" with Ginger as possible. We have totally enjoyed her! What a GREAT disposition! We will definitely get our next Shih Tzu from you! Her color is holding the dark chocolate as we hoped for. What a joy she has been for us.

I hope you can tell that we are sooooo satisfied & happy & grateful that we found her! Can't "Thank you" enough!

I want to thank you for our darling Maggie, she is everything you said she is and much more. We our enjoying her so much, she is so smart for almost 4 months old. We love her so much! She is getting along with our other three shih tzu, and loves her older sister Millie, they play all the time. Thank you for all the information you gave me and I know I can count on any help I need. Sophie is all grown up. I don't know where time has gone. She is know 8.4 lb. She is a little girl with lots of spunk. She has finally learned to go up and down the stairs and know loves to run up and down. She has lots of toys (some might say she is spoiled, but I like to think just loved), some of her favorite are her stuff dog, the tennis ball, and a dogs ring with balls that make noise. Everyone in our family love her. She loves to travel with us and goes everywhere with us. When ever we come up she is super excited to she us. I have never seen a dog move their tail as fast as her! We just love her! However we are still working on perfecting the potty training, once in a while we have an accident in the house.. also if we could cut her licking in half that would be wonderful. She just loves us. I have attached two of the many pictures that we have taken of her recently.

Greetings from Puerto Rico

Everyone is in love with him. The first time the vet saw him he said, “you didn’t get this dog in Puerto Rico because a lot of times unscrupulous people will sell a mix which looks like a Shih Tzu and tell you it’s 100%.” He fell in love with him and his gorgeous color.

10/26/2009 update!

Just a short note to send a few pictures of Toby. He’s already a year and a half. How time flies!!! Contrary to what I thought he would weigh, he hasn’t gone above 5lbs 3 oz. So he stayed smaller, smaller than his dad for sure. Well enjoy the photos and God bless you!!!

Oh Man Danielle....This girl is living doll!!!! She is doing fine and chewing on my fingers already. LOL. I love the ones that use their little paws to play. She is a bit shy, but getting used to us and is coming out of it. Another thing...I don't think I have had another puppy come to me so clean. I am impressed!!! I know I've said this before, but...

Well, our boy is quite a guy! He is perfect in every way. He is funny, loving and spoiled. He seems to be happy, he eats like a horse, he runs through the house like he has demons chasing him. He retrieves his ball and anything else one throws for him. And when he gets excited, he throws his head back and howls. He hasn't pottied on the floor for two days, he runs to his pad or asks to go outside. He loves his cookies, him mom and dad and his sisters.

I Wanted to give you an update on Tara, who we purchased from you a little over a year ago.

What a wonderful addition to our family. She has become an unexpected therapy dog to my son who has special needs. When he is feeling under the weather, she doesn't leave his side for too long. She will come and get me if she feels that something is wrong. She is funny, she will go and get his favorite stuffed animal and bring it to him!!!!! She is very special too all of us!!!!!!

Hey Danielle !

She is doing wonderful and geting a lot of attention ! We have decided to name her Shelbee. I gave her a bath when we got home and I played with her until about 2:30a.m. ! My boyfriend Quentin tried to act like the dog was not a big deal but she followed him him into the bedroom and when I went to check on her she was laying in the bed with him on his chest and he was petting her ! When I started laughing he said " She jumped on the bed ". Shae is in love with her. She did not want to go to preschool today ! she tried to push her around in her stroller but I stopped her I was scared that she would fall out and get hurt ! She did awesome in her crate. I took her to the vet today. All of the ladies loved her ! I guess they said that they have never seen a shih tzu that has her color ( and they liked her pink kennel too ).

The vet said that she looks great and everything was o.k. !

Shelbee is wonderful. I feel so blessed to have her !
